We require 2-weeks' written notice (email is acceptable to the info@kidshideout.net) when families want to withdraw or reduce their schedule.
When withdrawing, parents are responsible to pay for the 2 weeks after notice is given, even if their child does not attend their current contracted days/hours during that time.
If you are requesting to increase your schedule, and we have your desired days/hours available, we can increase immediately.
When requesting to reduce, parents are financially responsible for the current contracted schedule until Hideout can accommodate the requested change. We'd like to remind you that the schedule you want to move to must be available and approved by the director. Families cannot just drop days/hours they no longer want.
If your desired schedule is not available, you will have the following two options:
- remain in the current schedule until we can accommodate your request
- withdraw from the program and move to the wait list until the spot you want opens
Schedule options:
5 days - M - F
4 days - M - Th
3 days - MWF or TThF
2 days - TTh
