Camp Days/Weeks Sign ups

Dear Parents - the camp day sign up forms will go live on the 1st day of school.  

The forms below are for last school year.  

Camp Days/Weeks Through the School Year:

Hideout holds camp days/weeks for most of the Springhill closures.  Families will not be charged for non-holiday Springhill closures on their monthly invoices unless they sign up for camp days/weeks and are confirmed for care. Hideout has a no-refund policy, so we ask you to choose your camp days/weeks carefully. If Hideout closes on a camp day due to low enrollment, any fees paid for camp days will be applied to the following month's invoice as a credit. We need a minimum of 10 kids in order to remain open.

Contracted families have priority up until the registration due date, though space will be very limited. Confirmation will be given as sign-ups come in.  Any open spots available after the due date will be offered to contracted and/or non-contracted families in the order that they sign up.

Daily Camp Hours & Rates:

Half Camp Hours 9:00 - 2:00 $75

Camp Hours   9:00 - 3:30 $97.50

Camp Plus Hours 8:00 - 5:00 $135

Fees are due upon receipt.  You can pay with a credit card directly through the invoice.  Your spot will not be confirmed until payment is received.  If paying by check, payment is due upon receipt in order to reserve your spot.

Hideout has a no-refund policy and exchanges will not be granted if your plans change. No exceptions. Thanks for understanding.
