Rates 2025-26

Invoicing:

Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month. Payment is due upon receipt and considered late on the 6th. You are charged by the week for each "Club" your child is contracted for based on the number of Mondays in that month.  

Families are responsible to pay for the entire "club" rate regardless of use.  For example, if you sign up for TK bridge, and your child is in "late start", you are responsible for the 3 hour block, even if you do not use the entire 3 hours. (We will no longer be offering "mini-bridge" for kinder or TK clubs.) Or, if you sign up for the afternoon club, you are responsible to pay for the 5 pm pick up even if you pick your child up at 4 pm. 

Also, if you are contracted for a certain schedule and later want to reduce your schedule, the schedule you would like to move to must be available in order to make that change.  (You will need to fill out the schedule change form to request this change). You can not simply reduce the days/times you no longer want.  If the schedule you want is not available, you can either stay in the current schedule until the new schedule becomes available, or you can withdraw from the program and move onto the wait list until the schedule you want opens up.  We currently have a wait list for the 2025-26 school year, so there will be no guarantees the new schedule will open up. Camp Day/Week Invoicing:

Camp Days (days when Springhill is closed but Hideout remains open) and Camp Weeks (Thanksgiving, Winter and Spring Breaks) are not included or charged as part of your regular schedule. If you wish to attend a Camp Day/Week, you must sign up for them individually. The charge for a Camp Day/Week will be listed on the Camp Days page and invoiced upon enrollment.

Kid's Hideout has a NO-REFUND/NO-EXCHANGES policy.

If you give notice after you pay for the month and end enrollment before the end of the month, a credit for the difference will be placed on your account to be used as drop in or camp days through the end of the school year.  No cash refunds will be given. If you do not use the credit by the end of the school year, the remaining credit will be forfeited. 

DISCOUNTS

5% off when enrolled from 15 to 19.75 hours per week

10% off when enrolled from 20 to 24.75 hours per week

15% off when enrolled in 25+ hours per week

10% off sibling discount applied to the child with the lowest tuition after all other applicable discounts are applied

ADDITIONAL FEES

Registration Fee $50 per school year

Registration Fee Sibling $20 per school year, for each additional sibling

Add-on Care Fee $15 per hour (billed in 1/2 increments - for families who have weekly contracted schedule)

Drop-in Fee $18 per hour (for families without a weekly contracted schedule)

Declined Card $20 for declined cards or returned checks

Late Payment $20 per month, if payment not submitted by the 5th of the month

Late Pick-up (up to 5 times) $2 per minute, each time you pick up late for the 1st through 5th occurrence

Late Pick-up (between 6 - 10 times) $10 per minute, each time you pick up late for the 6th through 10th occurrence

Late Pick-up (11 or more times) $25 per minute, each time you pick up late after the 10th occurrence

No Signature/Time Written $25 per occurrence, after two warnings

*No Call to report Absence $25 per occurrence, after two warnings. Increases to $50 per occurrence after 5th failure to report

* Please note that you must call Hideout to report that your child will be absent. We are not affiliated with the school and will not be notified by Springhill that your child is out.
